Through an Integrated Optimized Performance Training Model I build individualized programs that are designed to not just help you reach your goals, but to also allow for you to move better and more functionally, for life and for sport. As a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, my goal is to create an environment that helps you succeed in your health and fitness goals, as well as, become more active, mobile and functional in every day life as well as for sport.
